Some parts of our website use cookies; for example the online shop uses cookies as part of the shopping cart process. Also if you connect to us via our Community Wireless Platform or managed internet platform this also stores a cookie on your computer allowing you to re-log in without needing a username and password. 2. Cookies
A cookie consists of a piece of text sent by a web server to a web browser, and stored by the browser. The information is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This enables the web server to identify and track the web browser.
We use “session” cookies and “Persistent” on different parts of our website. We will use the session cookies to; keep track of you whilst you navigate the webshop and keep track of what you add to your basket prior to checkout. We will use the persistent cookies for; if connecting on the Community wireless or another one of our managed internet systems, keep you logged in to the access controller.

Our payment services providers (Nochex and Paypal) may also send you cookies during any purchase/checkout process.

We do not store sensitive debit/credit card details on any of our systems. All this information is handled by our payment partners (Nochex and Paypal) that are fully PCI Compliant and comply with the data protection act 1998. This information is submitted to them via SSL to prevent evesdropping and disclosure of your personal information to unauthorized parties.
Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.
You are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. We will not ask you for your password (except when you log in to the website). You must not share your Username/Password with anyone else.
